the wasl

aka -- washington assessment of student learning.
i hate this test. i've had to take it every year since 3rd grade.
all the teachers do is teach you how to pass the wasl; and then they look pretty stupid when about 80% of their students dont.
&& what the braniacs of washington did this year was they made my graduating class [2010], the first class to pass all parts of the wasl or we cant graduate. how stupid is that?
it used to be that we only had to pass reading and writing;and im okay with that because those are my 2 favorite subjects. but now we have to pass math and science.
who the hell puts science of a friggen state test? i mean come on. && the worst part is, all of the stuff we do in science class is like hands on labs and stuff like that--but on the wasl, you have to do the experiment in your head.that'll be fun...
